Introduction
Gur Sekhon is back with the sequel fans have been waiting for. "Baba Maal Tej Aa 2", released on October 14, 2026, doubles down on the swagger of the original with bigger energy and bolder attitude. In this post, Muxic Leaks breaks down everything about the track — the song, the artists, the music video, and the team behind it.
The Song
"Baba Maal Tej Aa 2" is a high-octane Punjabi banger built for maximum impact. Gur Sekhon, who both sings and co-writes the track, delivers his verses with trademark confidence over a hard-hitting beat composed by Brar Saab. The lyrics, penned by Gur Sekhon and Satta Bhaini, are packed with attitude — the kind of lines that get shouted back at concerts.
As a sequel, the song carries the DNA of the original while pushing the energy even higher. The hook is instant, the beat is relentless, and the whole track feels engineered for dance floors and bass-heavy sound systems.
The Artists
Gur Sekhon wears multiple hats here — singer and co-lyricist — proving once again that he is one of the most hands-on voices in Punjabi music. His delivery is all swagger and conviction, perfectly suited to a track this bold.
Co-writer Satta Bhaini brings his sharp pen to the table, while composer Brar Saab crafts a beat that hits hard without losing its groove. It's a team that clearly understands the assignment: make it loud, make it proud.
The Music Video
The official music video, co-directed by Praveen Bishnoi and Jaipal Rathor, is a full-scale visual flex. Featuring Khushman, Dr. SS Sandhu, Jass Jodhan, Mehak, Pooja, and Arzoo, the video is packed with larger-than-life frames, sharp styling, and the unapologetic attitude the song demands.
The Music Label
"Baba Maal Tej Aa 2" is released independently through Gur Sekhon's own official channel. The video premiered on his verified YouTube channel, continuing the artist's streak of self-released hits that connect directly with his audience — no middlemen, just music.
