Meaning
The title paints the whole picture: slipping past the clouds, with only the speaker riding the downwind. As the opening theme of The Apothecary Diaries' third season, the song follows someone who refuses to be held back — asking to borrow white wings, setting out at daybreak, guided by the raw scent of grass and soul. Muxic Leaks reads it as a song about escape and self-determination: the wind is already moving, and the only choice is to move with it rather than against it.
Note: Yorushika has not published an official lyric sheet for this single, and the video's auto-generated captions are unreliable, so the short excerpt above is taken from the licensed karaoke publisher's lyric captions.
