Introduction
Obsessed with Youth is a new track by Xdinary Heroes, the South Korean rock band under JYP Entertainment, featured on their album IMPULSE. Raw, restless and bursting with energy, the song captures the beautiful chaos of being young — the late nights, the big dreams and the refusal to grow up on anyone else's schedule. With roaring guitars and an anthemic chorus, it is a love letter to youth itself. This page brings together everything about the track in one place: the complete song details, the artists behind it, the official credits, the meaning behind the song, and the official music video.
The Song
Obsessed with Youth is a full-throttle rock anthem that grabs you by the collar and does not let go. Pounding drums, searing guitar riffs and a chorus built for stadium sing-alongs drive the track's celebration of youth in all its messy glory. Xdinary Heroes play with the raw intensity of a band that means every note — this is live-wire rock music, recorded with the sweat still on it. As part of the album IMPULSE, the song shows the band leaning into their identity as K-rock's boldest new voice, blending classic rock energy with a modern, youthful edge. It is a track that demands to be played loud.
The Artists
Xdinary Heroes is a six-member rock band — Gunil, Jungsu, Gaon, O.de, Jun Han and Jooyeon — formed under JYP Entertainment's Studio J and debuted in 2021. Standing out in the K-pop landscape as a true band, every member plays their own instruments, giving their music an authenticity and power that has won them a devoted global following known as Villains. Their name — short for "Extraordinary Heroes" — carries their message that anyone can be a hero. With IMPULSE and tracks like Obsessed with Youth, Xdinary Heroes continue to prove that rock music has a loud, proud home in the Korean music scene.

It captures exactly what Xdinary Heroes do best: the feeling of a live rock show, bottled. Every frame pulses with the song's theme — young, loud and completely unapologetic. It is the kind of video that makes you want to start a band.

Obsessed with Youth — Lyrics & Meaning
Obsessed with Youth is exactly what its title promises: a song in love with being young. The track celebrates the restlessness, the hunger and the beautiful recklessness of youth — the feeling that the world is wide open and every night could change your life. Rather than mourning how quickly it passes, the song grabs youth with both hands and refuses to let go. There is defiance in it too: a rejection of the pressure to settle down, quiet down and grow up too fast. Xdinary Heroes deliver it with total conviction, turning the song into an anthem for anyone who has ever felt too alive for the life they were handed. It is joyful, loud and unapologetically young at heart.
